1. Introduction
PitchBridge ("we", "our", "us") operates an AI-powered startup pitch validation and investor matchmaking platform available at pitchbridge.webprodcraft.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and what rights you have over it. By using the platform you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect three categories of information. (a) Information you provide directly when you create a profile, submit a pitch, leave expert commentary, or contact us — including your name, email, role (founder, investor, expert), and the content of any pitch or message. (b) Information generated through usage of the platform, including AI score reports, expert commentary, deal saves, and messaging metadata. (c) Technical information collected automatically — IP address, browser, device type, and analytics events.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the platform, generate AI scoring reports through Anthropic Claude, match founders with relevant investors and experts, respond to support requests, send transactional and product communications, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
4. AI processing
Pitches submitted to PitchBridge are processed by Anthropic Claude to produce an AI score and structured commentary across eight dimensions. Inputs are processed solely for the purpose of producing your score and are not used to train third-party models unless explicitly enabled by you.
5. Sharing
We share information with: verified investors (only after your pitch is published or after you accept a connection in Stealth Mode), domain experts assigned to review your pitch, service providers (hosting, analytics, email) under standard data processing agreements, and authorities where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal, compliance, and fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@pitchbridge.io.
8. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we monitor for anomalies and respond to incidents quickly.
9. International transfers
PitchBridge is a global platform. Information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place.
